This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Offer strategic guidance to the business in accordance with project needs for labor collection assistance.

• Evaluate new or improved labor systems based on outlined specifications.

• Develop and test labor collection solutions while creating the corresponding SAP configuration transports.

• Document labor collection solutions implemented throughout Pratt & Whitney.

• Oversee project timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and schedule objectives.

• Conduct both technical and functional troubleshooting.

• Establish technical requirements for ongoing maintenance of systems and prospective features.

• Educate users on labor collection solutions.

• Collaborate with the SAP Security Team to guarantee that transactions are correctly assigned to users.

• Foster strong working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related technology field with over 8 years of general project management experience pertaining to Enterprise Technology Business Systems or Infrastructure Technology; OR a master's degree with more than 5 years of general project management experience in the same areas.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Preferred subject matter expertise and/or management experience in at least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

• Desired SAP Core Experience in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Project System (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), Logistics Execution (LE), Human Resources (HCM), standard SAP tables, transaction codes, configuration, and enhancements.
