DT FI Labor Collection Team Systems Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Offer business insights based on the needs for projects that require labor collection assistance.

• Evaluate new or improved labor systems according to provided specifications.

• Develop and test labor collection solutions.

• Generate the necessary SAP configuration transports.

• Document labor collection solutions throughout Pratt & Whitney.

• Oversee project timelines and resources while achieving budget, quality, and schedule objectives.

• Conduct technical and functional troubleshooting.

• Specify technical requirements for ongoing system maintenance and future enhancements.

• Enhance system efficiency.

• Educate users on labor collection solutions.

• Collaborate with the SAP Security Team to appropriately assign transactions to users.

• Foster strong working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related technology field with over 8 years of general project management experience in Enterprise Technology Business Systems or Infrastructure Technology; OR a master’s degree with over 5 years of general project management experience in the same areas.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Preferred experience as a subject matter expert and/or managing at least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

• Core SAP experience preferred in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Project System (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Production Planning (PP), Logistics Execution (LE), and Human Resources (HCM).

• Familiarity with standard SAP tables, transaction codes, configuration, and enhancements is preferred.
