This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Execute expert DSEAR assessments.
• Provide clients with guidance on corrective measures and adherence to DSEAR Regulations 2002 and ACOP L138.
• Offer comprehensive DSEAR consultancy services.
• Perform hazardous area classification and equipment selection in compliance with ATEX standards.
• Create practical engineering solutions.
• Develop prioritized action plans, HAC schedules, and zone diagrams.
• Ensure that all work aligns with SOCOTEC standards, policies, and client specifications.
• Continually enhance professional skills.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities.
• Proven experience in working and advising in accordance with DSEAR regulations.
• Skills in preparing HAC schedules and creating drawing mark-ups that indicate hazardous zone extents.
• Expertise in advising on equipment selection within ATEX-designated areas.
• Understanding of ignition risks from mechanical sources.
• Strong commitment to customer service and delivery excellence.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on diverse projects.
