Drupal Developer – Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and architecture of intricate Drupal-based websites and applications.

• Work closely with project managers and clients to establish project requirements and scope.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Create and implement custom Drupal modules and themes.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Enhance website performance and security measures.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Keep up-to-date with Drupal updates, security patches, and new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Significant experience (5+ years) in Drupal development, including the creation of custom modules and themes.

• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of Drupal theming, APIs, and architecture.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Knowledge in migrating from Drupal 8 or 7 to 10.

• Proficient with Drush, Composer, and YAML.

• Experience with Drupal 10 and a basic understanding of Drupal 7.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Experience with platforms such as Acquia, Peraton, AWS, and deployments.

• Advanced understanding of database design and optimization principles.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to lead and mentor others.

• Knowledge of other web development frameworks and CMS platforms is a plus.
