This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collect, scan, and document relevant clinical information in accordance with SOPs, protocols, and applicable regulations.
• Seek additional information or clarification from both internal and external clients.
• Examine patient information in databases to ensure precise documentation.
• Attach Post Infusion Reports to the respective databases.
• Input data into program-specific databases and the Quality Management System.
• Organize, file, and assess incoming faxes and documents.
• Assist with the processing of document translations.
• Conduct quality checks on adverse event reports.
• Support literature search and review tasks.
• Execute reconciliation activities with internal and external clients and partners.
• Carry out follow-up and clarification tasks to guarantee the completeness of safety reports.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities and tasks.
• May be involved in standby/on-call coverage.
• Minimum of a science degree with 6 months to 1 year of experience and a keen interest in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance.
• A diploma or degree focused on Life Sciences is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Pharmacovigilance industry is a plus.
• Experience in medical and/or pharmaceutical settings and knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
• Bilingualism in English and French is essential.
• Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, if required.
• Proficiency in effective oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills with the capability to multitask.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a knack for resolving issues efficiently.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.
