Drug Discovery Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic challenges in drug research and development for evaluating cutting-edge AI models.

• Generate prompts, data rooms, and grading criteria for each assignment.

• Uncover hidden basins and forcing chains that lead to well-supported conclusions.

• Compile source-based data rooms using actual data.

• Ensure that decisive values are linked to genuine sources.

• Create grading documents that evaluate submitted memos based on substance.

• Conduct verification and calibration prior to submission.

• Modify work in response to feedback from reviewers.

• Act as the final authority on scientific and difficulty-related queries for assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.

• PhD or a comparable industry experience.

• Capability to formulate rigorous, defensible research challenges that cannot be easily circumvented by adept solvers.

• Ability to evaluate the quality of reasoning, not just the final outcomes.

• A commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours.

• Proficient in working within a browser-based studio and utilizing Claude Code.

• A Claude Max subscription is a requirement.

• Status as an independent contractor.

• Must not need H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
