Drug Discovery Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic challenges in drug research and development for the assessment of cutting-edge AI models.

• Generate prompts, data repositories, and evaluation documents for each assignment.

• Detect latent basins and causal chains that lead to unavoidable conclusions.

• Construct data repositories utilizing authentic, source-based information.

• Ensure that every critical value is traceable to a legitimate source.

• Compose evaluation documents that assess submitted memos based on content rather than format or methodology.

• Conduct verification and calibration prior to submission.

• Amend work upon request from reviewers.

• Act as the ultimate authority on scientific and complexity-related inquiries for assigned assignments.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.

• PhD or a comparable industry experience.

• Capability to devise realistic research challenges with rigorously defensible solutions.

• Skill in evaluating the quality of reasoning, not merely the final outcomes.

• Willingness to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40.

• Proficient in working within a browser-based studio and utilizing Claude Code.

• A Claude Max subscription is mandatory.

• Status as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
