This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Supervise all dealer DRP implementations across various regions.
• Lead Dealer Group DRP implementations while acting as the Channel Field Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Digital Retail Platform.
• Function as the regional lead for dealership group implementations, offering personalized, concierge-style support.
• Oversee the implementation pipeline and monitor dealer progress throughout pre-onboarding, onboarding, and go-live stages.
• Eliminate obstacles that may hinder the timely completion of implementations.
• Serve as an SME on GM’s DRP, dealership operations, and best practices in automotive digital retailing.
• Ensure dealer engagement and readiness during implementation milestones.
• Act as a relationship manager for dealers, resolving concerns, navigating disputes, and handling pushback.
• Identify and address risks associated with DRP implementation.
• Document, communicate, and escalate any issues or concerns as necessary.
• Collaborate with DRP Implementation Partners on non-technical and relationship-focused aspects of implementation.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations effectively.
• Assist in ensuring dealership groups successfully launch on time.
• Prioritize impactful DRP activities while maintaining alignment with DRP objectives.
• Manage travel and program-related expenses in accordance with GM guidelines.
• Experience in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• In-depth understanding of the retail automotive industry, including dealership terminology, structures, and workflow processes.
• Familiarity with dealership and automotive retail software platforms, including DMS, CRM, and digital retailing solutions.
• Knowledge of dealership desking or F&I processes.
• Capacity to learn and remain updated on rapidly advancing digital solutions.
• Proven track record of maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude in high-pressure situations.
• Strong collaboration skills with General Motors teams, clients, and vendor partners.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in delivering presentations, facilitating productive discussions, and addressing objections.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel weekly, comprising up to 60% overall depending on territory.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
• Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.
• Must not require GM immigration sponsorship currently or in the future.
