Drivers Operations Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing support and solutions to driver requests in a timely manner.

• Ensure that the delivery service operates exceptionally well.

• Accountable for generating alerts promptly when situations warrant it.

• Assist in meeting the KPIs, targets, and objectives of the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residence in Chile.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

• Experience in similar or equivalent positions.

• Familiarity with Ecommerce.
