This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Guiding clients through the entire process of renting warehouse space: assessing needs and tailoring the best solution

• Preparing offers and necessary analyses

• Presenting locations

• Negotiating terms and signing lease agreements

• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with existing clients and business partners

• Actively acquiring new clients

• Participating in a three-stage recruitment process, including preparing a brief task

⛳️ Requirements

• Enjoy working in a team

• Proficient in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint – must have)

• Interested in modern sales methods

• Communicate fluently in English

• Hold a category B driving license and be willing to travel for business

• Have experience in B2B client interactions/real estate or a desire to gain it, with a quick learning ability
