Door Hardware Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and deliver precise live and tender quotations within stipulated turnaround times.

• Develop and manage schedules utilizing the company’s scheduling platform.

• Quickly respond to customer inquiries and requests for further information.

• Source products and facilitate sample requests for clients.

• Support negotiations to secure competitive pricing when applicable.

• Ensure that quotations are precise, comprehensive, and meet customer specifications.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Estimator and internal teams to provide outstanding customer service.

• Maintain accurate documentation of quotations, schedules, and customer interactions.

• Adhere to the principles of urgency, reliability, quality, and solution-oriented service in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in architectural ironmongery or a similar construction/building products sector.

• Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eager to learn new systems.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Skills in product sourcing and negotiation are preferred.

• Customer service-focused with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
