Donor Recruitment Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and execute innovative strategies to attract, manage, and retain blood drive Sponsors and feeder groups.

• Schedule blood drives with assigned Sponsors to achieve collection objectives.

• Offer organizational and operational assistance to sponsor contacts.

• Collaborate with collections personnel to ensure positive experiences for Sponsors and donors, along with efficient operations.

• Arrange and conduct educational programs for Sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and volunteer Telerecruiters.

• Cultivate knowledge of the local community, including government, demographics, and organizations, to enhance service to Sponsor groups and expand the blood program.

• Maintain precise system records and provide tracking and statistical data regarding Sponsor group performance.

• Utilize organizational tools, technology, and strategies to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Preferred: 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Preferred: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation skills.

• Preferred: Ability to effectively implement programs.

• Required: Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation abilities.

• Required: Current valid driver's license and a good driving record.

• May need to travel to various sites within the Red Cross organization.

• Preferred: Sales experience.
