This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +10 more states.
• Identify, cultivate, and sustain the customer base for IMMY’s product range in the Upper Midwest region.
• Assess customer leads obtained from tradeshows, site visits, cold calls, and online inquiries.
• Provide education to potential customers about IMMY’s offerings and guide them through the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with the technical specialist, customer service team, and marketing department.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales.
• Secure accounts in alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• Contact potential customers to generate leads through the sales pipeline.
• Address customer inquiries regarding information, orders, and other product-related matters.
• Participate in technical discussions regarding the diseases tested by IMMY and the corresponding tests.
• Stay informed about advancements in the medical diagnostic field, fungal diseases, and the global customer landscape.
• Suggest product, service, and policy modifications based on product performance and customer input.
• Keep precise records of sales opportunities in Salesforce, ERP, and/or other CRM systems.
• Travel to tradeshows and site visits to demonstrate IMMY’s products and represent the company at sales and marketing events.
• Foster relationships with lab managers and lead technicians.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Preference for degrees in Business (Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Finance) or Life Sciences (Biology, Botany, or Chemistry).
• Must be comfortable with making cold calls.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems, and/or other CRM software is essential.
• Outstanding relational and communication abilities.
• Punctuality and a professional demeanor are crucial.
• Preferred background in medical sales, laboratory environments, or understanding of the industry.
• Candidates must reside within IMMY’s Midwest territory, which includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia.
• A background check with clear and acceptable results is necessary as a condition of employment.
