Document Review Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance search terms utilizing linguistic accuracy and analytical tools.

• Partner with legal teams to synchronize search logic with case strategy and privilege protocols.

• Perform data analysis and leverage TAR and generative AI to boost review efficiency and precision.

• Oversee the ECA process employing proprietary techniques to identify essential documents and minimize hosting expenses.

• Implement iterative culling, strategic filtering, and subject-matter expertise to optimize data sets.

• Evaluate case scope and formulate thorough, cost-effective eDiscovery strategies and workflows.

• Collaborate with leadership to devise workflow strategies.

• Utilize sentiment analysis and key phrase analytics to highlight high-value documents.

• Maintain expertise in Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.

• Assess and recommend eDiscovery tools and solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain a high standard of excellence while surpassing client expectations through diligence and innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Consultant.

• A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in eDiscovery or a related role.

• Proficiency in Relativity and other document review databases; certifications are preferred.

• Experience with TAR, machine learning tools, and developing prompts for generative AI solutions.

• Familiarity with Everlaw AI, Relativity Air for review, and additional generative AI review solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities; creativity and curiosity are essential.

• A degree in Linguistics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

• JD and active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction are preferred.

• Certifications in Relativity or other platforms are preferred.

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
