Document and Process Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of the project document control system (Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360), ensuring that all project participants adhere to established naming conventions, folder structures, and approval workflows.

• Collaborate with Platform Delivery Managers to create, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cost tracking, change management, and project scheduling.

• Aid in formulating project-level cash flows and integrated master schedules, ensuring that document milestones align with cost forecasts and scheduling logic.

• Facilitate the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and risk management strategies throughout the portfolio.

• Conduct training sessions for Project Managers and external vendors regarding new project control methodologies. Regularly audit project data to ensure adherence to the Program Management Plan.

• Support cost accounting tasks, including the reconciliation of actual costs, execution of month-end closeout procedures, and monitoring of project expenditures against budgeted amounts.

• Leverage Power BI and Autodesk Cost tools to generate real-time reports on document status, cost discrepancies, and schedule performance for executive review.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree coupled with 4 to 6 years of combined experience in Construction, Operations, software development, Accounting, or Finance.

• Familiarity with various Cost Management Systems, including Autodesk Cost, is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Proven experience with fast-track design/build projects or multiple significant upgrade initiatives.

• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and implementing operational workflows.
