This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Customizing SLMs to meet specific requirements

• Implementing agents and integrations as necessary

• Establishing multi-LLM routing

• Creating technical and business documentation

• Facilitating knowledge transfer

• Performing cost–benefit analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Modality: TECH 4 — Doctoral

• Education: PhD

• Fields of study: Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines

• Proficiency in Python development

• Experience with version control using Git

• Ability to write modular code

• Skill in organizing projects into folders, functions, and classes

• Knowledge or prior experience in fine-tuning SLMs

• Understanding of Transformer architectures and Generative AI

• Expertise in evaluation and observability

• Familiarity with LLMs beyond casual use.
