This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Become our ELO Consultant!

• You will assist our clients in the implementation and advancement of DMS/ECM solutions based on ELO.

• Analyze and structure document-based business processes.

• Provide advisory services to our clients at eye level – from concept to execution.

• Design tailored solutions using ELO ECM.

• Implement and configure DMS projects.

• Collaborate closely with clients, project partners, and our technical team.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for users.

• Support the enhancement of existing solutions.

• Experience in the DMS/ECM field – ideally with ELO, e.g., as a consultant, administrator, or system operator.

• Understanding of business processes and their digital representation.

• Experience in configuring and customizing DMS/ECM solutions.

• Basic technical understanding (interfaces, data flows, IT infrastructure).

• Valid Class B driver's license.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good English language skills.

• Your permanent residence must be in Germany – onboarding will take place in Neumünster.

• Optional: Knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
