This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Develop, design, and implement detailed quarterly and annual sales training programs that align with Westlake’s sales goals.
• Assess the effectiveness of training methods and the appropriateness of training initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions and supply current training materials, including handouts, presentations, and videos, to the sales team.
• Evaluate and acquire potential sales contracts during visits to dealers.
• Engage in Regional meetings, trade exhibitions, regional activities, special events, and seminars.
• Must be willing to travel 3-4 days each week.
• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales is required.
• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Familiarity with Web Applications is required.
• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL is advantageous.
