Divisional Sales Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute comprehensive sales training plans on a quarterly and annual basis that align with Westlake’s sales goals.

• Assess the effectiveness of training methods and the appropriateness of training programs.

• Conduct training sessions.

• Provide the sales team with updated training materials, including handouts, presentation slides, and videos.

• Evaluate and acquire potential sales contracts during dealer visits.

• Engage in Regional meetings, trade shows, regional activities, special events, and seminars.

• Must be willing to travel 3-4 days each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.

• Experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales is required.

• Previous experience in Outside Sales is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

• Familiarity with web applications is required.

• Knowledge or experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL is advantageous.

• Strong supervisory and management capabilities.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that are both effective and professional.

• Advanced computer skills, with the ability to work across various platforms.

• Ability to persuade and influence others.

• Proficient presentation skills, from the initial creation to the final delivery.
