This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Recruit, develop, manage, and guide a team of 11β15 RVPs. Establish clear expectations, hold team members accountable, coach based on strengths and weaknesses, and drive sales performance in line with the plan.
β’ Travel at least 70 - 80% of the time, which includes ride-alongs with RVPs and participation in both internal and external events.
β’ Promote the use of AI, data analytics, and sales enablement technology to create scalable sales systems that enhance salesperson productivity and outcomes. Lead change management initiatives within a seasoned sales force.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in sales team management.
β’ In-depth knowledge of fixed index annuities, RILA, LTC, and alternative investment options.
β’ Possession of Series 6 or Series 7 and 63 licenses is required (may need to obtain Series 7 and 24).
β’ Demonstrated executive presence; a strong presenter capable of commanding an audience.
β’ Proven track record in adopting and promoting the use of AI, CRM, data tools, and sales enablement technologies.
β’ History of successful change management with experienced or resistant teams.
β’ Strong ethical standards and a compliance-oriented mindset.
