This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Uphold safety standards while driving sales performance for the division.
β’ Develop selling strategies to enhance divisional revenue.
β’ Establish priorities that align with the goals of the enterprise.
β’ Serve as a responsible leader for divisional results.
β’ Strengthen significant relationships with distributors.
β’ Guide District Sales Managers in achieving revenue growth.
β’ Recruit, nurture, and manage the performance of District Sales Managers.
β’ Build, develop, and scale an effective leadership team.
β’ Foster strong distributor partnerships to support growth initiatives.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ Over 10 years of sales experience in a high-touch commercial sales setting.
β’ 3-5 years of advancing sales leadership experience.
β’ Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies.
β’ Solid experience collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft products.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
β’ A valid driverβs license is required.
