District Sales Manager – Welding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Spearhead business expansion with a primary emphasis on Revenue Generation, Sales Strategy & Planning, Territory Expertise, and Sustainable Differentiation.

• Foster enduring business success through Strategic Collaboration, Key Account Retention, and Distributor Engagement.

• Efficiently oversee the region with a concentration on Distributor Channel Advocacy, Talent Development, Presentation Skills, Communication, and Project Management.

• Deliver product training and business support to distribution partners.

• Create and manage account plans for key customers.

• Collaborate with internal specialists to offer customized technical solutions.

• Monitor and manage sales opportunities utilizing a CRM system.

• Organize or assist in product demonstrations and trials for clients.

• Actively engage in a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certificate, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally with technical or industrial products required.

• Knowledge of distribution channels or indirect sales models required.

• Strong technical aptitude—experience in welding or industrial equipment is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to develop account plans, manage sales pipelines, and convert leads.

• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time.
