• Foster profitable results by devising pricing strategies that align customer expectations with business goals, ensuring competitiveness while preserving margins.
• Conduct negotiations with confidence, employing structured tools and methods to secure agreements that fulfill Cummins’ objectives while nurturing strong customer relations.
• Create and implement strategic account plans, utilizing forecasting, pipeline management, and customer insights to establish clear objectives, monitor progress, and achieve sustained growth throughout the territory.
• Over 5 years of experience in aftermarket HD Truck Parts sales or sales in related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills in sales.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Capability to develop and nurture strategic relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in complex problem-solving.
• Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups.
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 75% of the time.
