This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Establish and cultivate a network of dealerships for Ventrac.
• Support the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Assess dealer business performance and assist in developing business strategies.
• Proactively address and resolve customer issues.
• Supervise sales operations and provide recommendations for inventory management.
• Formulate strategies for the promotion of Ventrac products within dealerships.
• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in sales within the turf or dealership industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of business experience for DSM I, 5 years for DSM II, or 7 years for DSM III.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Ability to acquire Medical Examiners Certification is required.
