This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead and motivate a team of high-achieving sales professionals.
• Ensure the team meets and surpasses sales targets within your assigned region.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, pipeline assessments, and sales coaching sessions.
• Concentrate on significant strategic deals within your territory.
• Monitor team activities and evaluate performance metrics.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Reside in proximity to the job posting location - Bakersfield, CA / Fresno, CA and the surrounding areas.
• Experience in leading an outside sales team.
• Capability to work in the field for at least 75% of the time.
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking.
• Training and coaching experience as a leader of an outside sales team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
