This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.
• Oversee the district's sales representative team and meet the sales objectives within the allocated budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, assess, and retain staff within the district distribution network.
• Provide recommendations to the Regional Business Director concerning sales strategies and plans.
• Establish fiscal and quarterly sales goals and objectives for each territory.
• Ensure the execution of district sales training and support training initiatives.
• Offer continuous coaching, feedback, and guidance to Therapy Consultants during sales calls, presentations, and other activities to enhance their technical and sales abilities.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with all key account personnel in the district.
• Conduct performance evaluations and salary assessments for field staff.
• Maintain comprehensive sales data and records for each territory.
• Clarify and communicate business/marketing policies and programs to Therapy Consultants.
• Effectively manage and monitor selling expenses for the district.
• Ensure personal knowledge of all relevant quality policies/systems.
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of pertinent sales experience; or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial data, formulating business plans, and applying business consulting skills.
• Proven experience in nurturing and establishing a high-performance culture that maintains elevated performance levels.
• Experience in actively promoting an inclusive environment and advocating for a diverse workforce.
• Ability to identify, attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
• Experience in leading, communicating, and achieving results that meet or surpass expectations.
• Knowledge of forecasting, developing, and implementing district business plans, as well as recognizing and addressing mid-range (12 months or more) strategic issues.
• Experience in leveraging significant relationships with internal and external customers across all levels and functional areas.
• A proven track record of success in fostering a team-oriented environment and creating effective sales strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills, with the capability to articulate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Familiarity with the reimbursement landscape, managed care, physiology/clinical therapies, and/or implantable devices.
