This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Analyze the market potential, customer demographics, and competitive environment of the designated territory.
• Collaborate with dealerships to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional experiences.
• Foster and sustain relationships with dealers to achieve shared objectives.
• Organize daily activities, plans, and goals within the territory.
• Supervise financial resources, ensuring responsible management for both the Company and its dealerships.
• Track attachment ratios to emphasize growth opportunities.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of sales and performance initiatives.
• Conduct monthly assessments to ensure dealer compliance with the 6-Month Plan and appropriate inventory levels for market success.
• Propel dealer performance through regular Sales and Action Plan meetings.
• Present market share analytics and competitive trends to dealers.
• Review dealer sales statistics and action plans quarterly, offering guidance for enhancements.
• Ensure dealer actions are aligned with company objectives by implementing Action Plan items.
• Coordinate sales blitzes in underperforming counties and document outcomes.
• Maintain adequate floor plan levels for effective market representation.
• Develop customer relationships by participating in dealer events.
• Provide training to enhance dealers' product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Host district sales training sessions focusing on new products and competitive positioning.
• Accompany new sales specialists, offering orientation on products, sales processes, and customer engagement, particularly in underperforming areas.
• Ensure dealer branch coverage to maximize market penetration.
• Oversee Bobcat Specialist coverage for product expertise and sales efficacy.
• Identify and address dealer gaps by recruiting additional dealers.
• Assist new dealers in successfully integrating into the market.
• Establish and document commitments for performance enhancement and accountability.
• Collaborate with District Parts & Service Managers, Doosan Bobcat Financial representatives, and the Corporate office to promote business success.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2-4 years of relevant sales experience with a solid understanding of commercial marketing.
• Ability to efficiently manage a designated sales territory.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exhibit clear and concise verbal communication skills when engaging with team members, dealers, and customers.
• Show strong written communication skills in drafting reports, emails, and other correspondence.
• Proficient with sales management software and CRM systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
