This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Oversee the accomplishment of unit and revenue targets for designated therapy products within a specified district.
• Support the district and region in realizing overall sales and marketing goals for assigned therapy products.
• Engage in field visits, individual or group meetings, and telephone communications.
• Educate and enhance employees' sales skills and product knowledge.
• Synchronize sales initiatives and convey corporate and district missions and objectives.
• Recruit and conduct interviews for potential candidates.
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of pertinent sales experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and leadership roles.
• Proven track record in medical sales, ideally with RTG products.
• Experience in sales and personnel management functions.
• Familiarity with the RTG designated product/therapy customer base.
• Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related fields.
• Valid driver's license is required.
