This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of high-achieving sales specialists to reach and surpass revenue objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, ongoing education, and a customer-focused mindset within the sales team.
• Propel strategic sales initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and market opportunities.
• Engage in high-level discussions with CIOs and CISOs, effectively translating intricate cybersecurity solutions into clear business value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal partners, including sales engineers, marketing, and alliances, to facilitate deal execution and ensure customer success.
• Formulate and execute data-driven sales strategies, utilizing forecasting and pipeline management tools to enhance team performance.
• Over 10 years of field sales experience in cybersecurity, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and cultivate high-performance sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with substantial quotas/deals.
• In-depth understanding of complex solution sales methodologies, value selling, and enterprise purchasing processes coupled with operational discipline.
• Established connections with key security decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs) and the ability to steer strategic discussions.
• Proficiency in channel and partner sales strategies, along with a thorough understanding of go-to-market frameworks.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, matrixed sales organization with an emphasis on perpetual growth and customer success.
• A “whatever it takes” mindset and drive to exceed quota performance.
• Willingness to travel domestically as necessary to support team members, engage with customers, and meet business needs.
• Experience in selling SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOC, and SOAR solutions is highly desirable.
