
District Sales Manager, Colorado Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Achieve and surpass the annual revenue target for the designated multi-state region.
• Directly sell to Hospitals, Surgery Centers, and Alternate Care Facilities.
• Leverage Distributors, Independent Sales Agents, and/or Dealers to aid in reaching revenue objectives.
• Maintain the highest possible selling price for each product category.
• Provide annual sales forecasts and business plans for the territory.
• Attend and participate in local and regional trade shows.
• Analyze competition, market trends, and cost structures.
• Compose clear and concise proposals and correspondence.
• Submit monthly Forecasts, Business Reports, and Itinerary Plans to the Director of Sales.
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience (required/preferred)
• Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required
• Exceptional communication and closing abilities.
• Must hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrate a “hunter & prospector” mentality towards the assigned territory.
• Capable of effectively managing other individuals, such as distributors, dealers, and independent agents.
• Possess strong business insights relevant to the medical equipment market.
