This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engages in promoting, selling, and securing orders from both existing and prospective clients through a relationship-driven sales approach that emphasizes the advantages and value propositions.
• Demonstrates products to current and potential clients, aiding them in selecting options that best meet their needs.
• Manages sales objectives, including profit margins and budgetary expenses.
• Establishes, develops, and sustains business relationships with current and prospective clients in the designated territory or market segment to maintain existing business and generate new opportunities.
• Conducts research to identify potential customers and gather information to assess their potential.
• Crafts clear and effective written proposals and quotations for both current and prospective clients.
• Facilitates the resolution of customer issues and complaints promptly.
• Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services teams.
• Analyzes the territory's market potential and evaluates the value of current and prospective customers to the company.
• Develops and oversees a customer value plan for existing clients that highlights sales profiles, market share, and value opportunities.
• Provides management with comprehensive information on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Remains up-to-date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive actions, and marketing trends and activities.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience.
• Knowledge and experience in selling high value-added products, including pricing and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling to healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts or value-added benefits effectively to secure buy-in from diverse teams to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting growth and profitability expectations.
• A collaborative team player with a natural ability to influence both internally and externally.
• Self-motivated with a creative perspective to implement marketing and promotional campaigns aimed at achieving specific growth objectives at both regional and national levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP or CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
