This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Executing sales management duties related to the product

• Meeting sales objectives

• Engaging in plan distribution and spatial configuration

• Enhancing Customer Targeting Strategy

• Carrying out marketing plan initiatives

• Establishing the structure of the sales process

• Generating sales forecasts and evaluating sales data

• Overseeing the work of medical representatives

• Coaching, developing, inspiring, and assessing representatives

• Contributing to the multifunctional brand team

• Administering the sales budget

• Collaborating with other functional departments

• Involved in the Customer Dialogue Planning process

• Participating in projects as needed

• Engaging in the recruitment process for new hires

• Organizing and leading motivational district meetings

• Bachelor's degree (commercial, medical, pharmaceutical, or health-related)

• Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG sales

• Proficient English language skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities

• Skills in organization and planning

• Capable of problem-solving
