This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Business Development: Recognize and assess new distribution prospects while enhancing sales by cultivating robust relationships with architects, contractors, and high-end kitchen/bath dealers.
• Sales Network Performance: Educate, mentor, and continuously support distribution partners to sustain an effective sales network.
• Direct local representative agencies to ensure consistent attainment of regional KPI objectives.
• Specification Management: Generate and monitor leads for medium to large-scale construction initiatives across the Hospitality, Commercial Office, Builder, and Higher Education sectors.
• Technical Support & Education: Facilitate product demonstrations, “Lunch & Learn” sessions, and technical training at showrooms, wholesaler locations, and contractor offices.
• Data & Analytics: Leverage SAP CRM and Salesforce for reporting, and utilize Tableau to analyze regional sales data, identify emerging market trends, and enhance sales strategies.
• Customer Support: Actively investigate and address product or service issues to promote enduring brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Showroom Management: Collaborate with showrooms on product displays, pricing, and merchandising to guarantee adherence to brand standards.
• Supervisory Responsibility: Oversee the activities of local representative agencies and/or junior sales personnel. Assess performance, provide coaching, and ensure full compliance with TOTO policies and regulatory standards.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant industry experience (decorative plumbing or construction-related).
• Local Market Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the North Texas building environment and established connections within the local wholesaler and design community.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; knowledge of SAP CRM, Salesforce, and Tableau is preferred.
