This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Formulate a strategic territory plan by identifying and engaging with potential agents.
• Generate additional business through agency visits, social gatherings, trade exhibitions, and correspondence.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets for both existing and new business opportunities.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated agent accounts.
• Keep track of competitor activities and industry trends.
• Partner with internal teams for training or educational initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and governmental regulations.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience; experience in crop insurance is preferred.
• Outstanding communicator with the capability to collaborate across functions.
• Familiarity with industry changes, legal updates, and technical advancements pertinent to the company's operations.
• Must be willing to travel outside the usual work location, with travel expectations of up to 75%.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet organizational objectives.
