This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs by conducting research to gather insights into their priorities.
• Provide support to your team by actively participating in and leading prospect meetings.
• Conduct thorough analysis of weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities to mentor direct reports on strategies that enhance closure rates.
• Engage proactively in territory planning and development, building relationships and identifying opportunities to drive revenue by assisting your team in closing deals.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture that yields results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy, while also mentoring and nurturing your team.
• Possess extensive technical knowledge of our portfolio, enabling a holistic approach to resolving customer challenges.
• Drive and manage team selling opportunities effectively.
• Hold both the team and yourself accountable for achieving ambitious goals, while maintaining a proactive mindset in the face of challenges.
• Communicate effectively with leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives, establishing open and trusting relationships.
• Successfully navigate and influence others through change management processes.
• Build a successful team by recruiting, hiring, and training while adhering to our core values.
• Proven experience and understanding of SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors.
• Familiarity with channel and partner sales models.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Consistent track record of successful sales pipeline management and achieving results year over year.
• Highly motivated with a strong execution focus and a sense of urgency, complemented by an entrepreneurial mindset.
• History of reliably meeting revenue targets and objectives while prioritizing team development and growth.
• Proficient in managing substantial client escalations and issues effectively.
• Exceptional ability to influence others, both internally and externally; skilled in effective communication and building consensus across various functional areas to achieve objectives.
• Acknowledged as a leader who understands that achieving the best results requires being an excellent team player, fostering strong collaboration and rapport with cross-functional teams.
