This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of exceptional sales specialists to meet and surpass revenue goals.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, innovation, ongoing learning, and a customer-first mindset within the sales team.
• Propel strategic sales initiatives while ensuring alignment with business goals and market prospects.
• Participate in high-level discussions with CIOs and CISOs, translating intricate cybersecurity solutions into clear business value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal partners, including sales engineers, marketing teams, and alliances, to facilitate deal execution and ensure customer success.
• Formulate and execute data-driven sales strategies, utilizing forecasting and pipeline management tools to enhance team performance.
• Over 10 years of field sales experience in the cybersecurity sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate high-performance sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant quotas/deals.
• Strong comprehension of complex solution sales methodologies, value selling, and enterprise purchasing processes, accompanied by operational discipline.
• Established connections with key security decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs) and capability to drive strategic discussions.
• Proficient in channel and partner sales strategies, with a thorough understanding of go-to-market frameworks.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, matrixed sales organization with a focus on continuous growth and customer satisfaction.
• A “whatever it takes” mindset and drive to achieve performance above quota.
• Willingness to travel domestically as necessary to support team members and address customer and business needs.
