This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and enhance sales within your designated district, striving to meet or surpass annual sales targets and financial goals.
• Recognize and leverage new sales opportunities while fostering robust customer relationships.
• Engage in business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
• Facilitate sales training, customer meetings, and fleet assessments.
• Deliver timely, professional solutions to customer concerns, upholding high standards of customer service.
• Assess market trends, competitive insights, and industry challenges to pinpoint growth possibilities.
• Keep precise records and communications, including company CRM, necessary business documents, reports, and email correspondence.
• Analyze and oversee fleet reporting in accordance with company protocols.
• Take part in customer inventories, changeovers, and inventory relocations as required.
• Engage in extensive daily travel within your district, including occasional overnight trips.
• Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in business or a technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience relevant to the role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• A valid Ontario provincial driver’s license in good standing is required.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Background in the automotive aftermarket, heavy-duty, industrial, off-road equipment, or related sectors is favored.
• A company vehicle will be provided for local and regional business purposes.
