This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create a strategic territory plan by identifying and engaging with potential agents.
• Generate additional business through agency visits, social events, trade shows, and communications.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets for both existing and new business within Minnesota.
• Act as the primary relationship manager, trusted advisor, and main point of contact for assigned agent accounts.
• Develop expertise in ProAg’s products, business operations, and applications.
• Keep track of competitor movements and industry trends.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience, with crop insurance experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Awareness of industry changes, legal updates, and technical advancements relevant to the Company’s business area.
• Willingness to travel outside the usual work location, with travel requirements of up to 75%.
• Ability to work independently is essential.
