• Serve as a point of contact between GM, its dealerships, and other GM partners.
• Develop and nurture partnerships.
• Provide mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other customer feedback tools to pinpoint and address shortcomings or opportunities.
• Support product launches to guarantee effective marketing and advertising between the dealer, independent aftermarket (IAM), and GM.
• Oversee training for dealership personnel and ensure alignment with GM policies and objectives.
• Aid in managing dealership inventory, including vehicle and parts ordering and inventory stabilization.
• Evaluate dealer sales, local market conditions, and competition to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Boost sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts to customers.
• Help resolve customer issues.
• Travel to dealerships within your assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive field as a substitute for a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales and customer service roles.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time and be mobile both now and in the future, with the ability to relocate anywhere within the United States.
• Capability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
