• Serve as a point of contact between GM, its dealerships, and other GM Partners.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships.
• Provide mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback tools to pinpoint and address areas for improvement or potential opportunities.
• Support product launches to facilitate seamless marketing and advertising efforts between dealers, independent aftermarket (IAM), and GM.
• Oversee training for dealership personnel to ensure adherence to GM standards and objectives.
• Assist in managing dealership inventory, including vehicle and parts ordering as well as inventory stabilization.
• Evaluate dealer sales, local market trends, and competition to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Boost sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts to customers.
• Aid in resolving customer issues.
• Travel to dealers within your assigned region.
• A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in place of a degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Willingness to travel 100% and remain mobile now and in the future, with the ability to relocate anywhere within the United States.
• Must have the legal capacity to operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
