This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement annual sales strategies for designated territories in collaboration with independent dealers to meet and surpass designated sales and market share targets.
• Cultivate and sustain robust consultative relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, and representatives to foster business growth and long-term alliances.
• Drive dealer business planning efforts that align with company sales strategies, territory development objectives, and market share goals.
• Perform regular business assessments with dealers to review sales performance, market share, retail activities, and business opportunities.
• Examine sales performance, market trends, competitive dynamics, and dealer metrics to discover growth opportunities and implement strategic action plans.
• Provide training programs on products, sales techniques, and competition to dealer sales teams to enhance product knowledge, sales efficiency, and customer engagement.
• Guide and support dealer sales personnel through field visits, collaborative customer interactions, and continual sales development activities.
• Collaborate with dealers to improve customer satisfaction by facilitating effective sales processes, customer relationship management, and retail execution.
• Represent DEVELON in a professional manner while balancing the interests of the company, dealers, and customers to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
• Work in partnership with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Support to assist dealer initiatives, product launches, and territory expansion.
• Track territory performance and dealer advancement against set objectives while encouraging accountability and the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate sales forecasts, customer engagement records, and territory reports while promoting continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to overall business goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, territory management, channel sales, dealer development, or B2B sales.
• Preferred experience working with dealer networks, distribution channels, or the construction/heavy equipment industries.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Completion of necessary training programs.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be taken into account.
