This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Carry out all business development and sales initiatives for the company's primary light vehicle clients as designated.
• Assist in the sales of established core products.
• Discover new product and technical programs to stimulate profitable expansion for Dana.
• Cultivate, enhance, and sustain strategic partnerships with both retail and traditional aftermarket outlets.
• Establish and uphold technical expertise regarding Dana products.
• Oversee relationships with key retail locations in collaboration with the national account manager.
• Keep abreast of competitor actions and market shifts.
• Formulate sales strategies and objectives to meet targets as outlined in assigned KPIs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in aftermarket light vehicle or a comparable industry sales and business development, demonstrating proven success in customer relationship management and negotiation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of driveline products in relation to the Light Vehicle Industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time as needed, along with the flexibility to work during non-traditional business hours.
