This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee a well-established territory valued at approximately $4.5 million while seeking opportunities to enhance customer relationships and boost market share.
• Collaborate closely with distributors, one-step dealers, and independent lumber yards to fulfill their business requirements.
• Strike a balance between preserving existing business and actively pursuing new prospects and opportunities.
• Represent metal roofing, wall panel systems, trims, and accessory products across residential, agricultural, and commercial sectors.
• Facilitate customer education and contractor training programs while promoting contractor pull-through initiatives.
• Forge strong partnerships with operations, branch leadership, estimating, and customer support teams.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions and transactions in a dynamic environment.
• Assist customers in navigating ongoing product and system integration efforts following recent operational modifications.
• Preferred 3–5+ years of sales experience.
• Strongly preferred experience in building materials, metal roofing, construction products, or related industries.
• Highly preferred understanding of dealer/distribution sales channels.
• Valued experience in estimating, project management, inside sales, or customer-facing construction support roles.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with a focus on consistent customer follow-up.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to prioritize, manage multiple opportunities, and work independently.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, customer-centric sales environment.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to meet customers regularly throughout the designated territory.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with customers.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
