This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Accountable for the profitable expansion and market advancement within the designated territory.
• Assist the components division, including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.
• Report directly to the Regional Manager.
• Collaborate efficiently with all internal departments at Cornerstone Building Brands to optimize and streamline the customer experience.
• Create and execute market strategies that encompass customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue objectives.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in sales/marketing and/or sales management.
• Background in commercial construction and/or building materials.
• Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings is preferred.
• Capability to assess market conditions and evaluate competition.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Must be capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 60% of the time (2-3 overnight trips per week).
