District Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the Fortify Building Solutions components division, encompassing MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.

• Propel profitable growth and market expansion within the Arizona territory.

• Engage directly with subcontractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors.

• Create and execute market strategies that include customer assessments, competitive analysis, growth opportunities, and revenue objectives.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems in the marketplace.

• Comprehend the businesses of key customers and the essential metrics that influence each account.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance and efficiently deliver the customer experience.

• Report directly to the West Regional Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents, and the sales team.

• Adaptability to capitalize on business opportunities.

• At least 8 years of demonstrated sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.

• Background in commercial construction and/or building materials is essential.

• Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings is preferred.

• Capability to analyze market dynamics and competition, formulating strategic responses.

• Strong grasp of Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

• Ability to function independently as well as within a team setting.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects at once.

• Willingness to travel 50%–60% of the time (2–3 overnights per week).

• Competence in working with Operating Systems.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
