This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Sustain and enhance the sales volume of dealers and end users in alignment with the company's outlined strategy; create sales forecasts and evaluate account potentials.
• Build strong partnerships with dealers and key accounts within the assigned territory as guided by Sales Leadership.
• Manage relationships with assigned dealers and partners to bolster overall solution capabilities and deliver increased value to customers; address customer inquiries and issues.
• Elevate and maintain the average net sales price while achieving P&L impact targets at both dealer and end user levels through effective pricing program management.
• Travel to various facilities to conduct product evaluations and site surveys; deliver customer presentations related to the product.
• Oversee quote management and order fulfillment to efficiently provide product, pricing, and sales information to customers and the team by utilizing insights and data.
• Assist in formulating marketing strategies directed at accounts and end users, collaborating directly with the systems marketing group.
• Engage in the implementation and negotiation of partnership programs as necessary.
• Utilize strong corporate awareness to sway strategic business decisions.
• Represent the Sales team in assigned cross-functional projects.
• Take part in trade shows.
• Develop and sustain customer-specific construction specifications.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines; managers should ensure compliance within their teams.
• Safeguard Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational workshops, reading industry publications, networking, and engaging with professional societies.
• Contribute to team objectives by achieving relevant results and participating in projects as required.
• Over 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience collaborating with virtual teams and utilizing collaboration tools.
• Excellent public speaking abilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, manuals, bulletins, and other specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Direct experience with channel management.
• Background in selling software as a service in support of equipment.
• Proficient in using a CRM system.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically; must possess a valid driver's license.
