District Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a designated market area comprising 10-14 storefronts.

• Delivering hands-on leadership from both operational and sales perspectives.

• Inspiring and guiding team members within the assigned district.

• Enhancing sales and profitability across all locations.

• Promoting Direct Auto products to potential new customers.

• Keeping track of budgets and managing expenses for all locations within the district.

• Establishing and communicating sales objectives for sales offices and each agent manager.

• Recruiting, training, mentoring, and nurturing a high-achieving sales team.
