This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the designated District, covering market potential, customer demographics, and competitive landscape.
• Partner with dealerships to guarantee exceptional experiences across all operational levels, promoting high customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships within the dealer organization to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, plans, objectives, and financial resources.
• Effectively communicate customer and dealer requirements to the appropriate departments.
• Contribute to the formulation of annual district strategies and individual dealer plans to align with business goals.
• Propel district parts sales and efficient stocking practices to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets through proactive dealer interaction.
• Advocate for parts and service programs at dealerships to ensure a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Counsel dealership personnel on service and maintenance practices for contracted products, improving service quality.
• Assist prospective new dealerships in setting up their parts/service departments and evaluating their abilities.
• Provide support during dealer termination processes as necessary.
• Enhance dealer performance through daily interactions, quarterly Parts/Service assessments, and action plan meetings.
• Aid in developing actionable plans to foster engagement from dealer principals, parts managers, and service managers.
• Ensure the implementation of action plan items to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with dealers and dissatisfied customers to effectively address complaints, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups on resolutions and satisfaction surveys.
• Offer technical resources during challenging situations, showcasing a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; candidates with an Associate's degree or equivalent education combined with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
• 2-7 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support in related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with dealers and customers.
• Proactive engagement skills to develop and uphold relationships built on trust and reliability.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and equipment troubleshooting abilities for effective dealer support.
• Competent in utilizing performance data to enhance accountability and implement beneficial changes within dealer operations.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage travel obligations and remote work tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to influence and inspire dealers and colleagues towards common objectives.
• Experience in team meetings and clearly presenting ideas to encourage engagement.
• Positive and constructive mindset when facing challenges, with a focus on identifying actionable solutions.
• Must be willing to travel 50-75% of the time within the assigned District, including occasional air travel, possessing a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
