This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Supplies store management with insights by summarizing promotional activities; reporting on business opportunities, outcomes, trends, and competitive insights.
• Manages controllable expenses by training managers on processes to manage merchandise discrepancies, and overseeing salaries, overtime, cash flow, and repair and maintenance costs.
• Works in partnership with the Marketing team to guarantee that promotions and introductions of new products are thoroughly executed.
• Offers feedback to category managers concerning stock-related issues.
• Collaborates with vendors to ensure product availability.
• Ensures the timely execution of monthly promotional activities.
• Maintains compliance with requirements by enforcing adherence to policies, procedures, and government regulations; monitors and enforces restricted sales policies; advises management on necessary actions.
• Safeguards employees, customers, and company assets by fostering a safe and secure working environment; enforces safety protocols; provides safety communication and training.
• Achieves financial goals by forecasting needs, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective measures.
• Provides leadership and guidance to store managers, assisting in recruitment, selection, and orientation processes, as well as employee development and training programs; plans, monitors, and evaluates job performance.
• Establishes job expectations and offers coaching to create action plans for addressing issues.
• Applies non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and separation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience or more is preferred; including at least 2 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
• Must demonstrate leadership capabilities, possess strong communication skills, and be self-directed, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) in English.
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a company vehicle.
