District Manager – Specialty Care, Immunobiologics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the team of Technical Consultants specializing in respiratory specialties.

• Ensure that the team is equipped to deliver high-quality clinical and technical information.

• Cultivate a collaborative environment that emphasizes ethics, continuous learning, coaching, and mentoring.

• Oversee and coordinate initiatives aimed at optimizing access to treatments.

• Track the patient journey from diagnosis through the adoption of biologic therapy.

• Establish, enhance, and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders.

• Work in partnership with internal teams, including Marketing, Access, Medical, and Institutional Affairs.

• Analyze metrics, data, and outcomes to generate insights and refine district business plans.

• Align short- and medium-term strategies with goals for biologic adoption and portfolio expansion.

• Design and implement omnichannel initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher is required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams within the healthcare industry.

• Prior experience with high-cost, access-dependent therapies.

• Proven ability to drive strategies that enhance treatment access and manage intricate patient journeys.

• Strong leadership and project management abilities with a focus on strategic objectives and business outcomes.

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret clinical and market data and generate actionable insights.

• A valid driver's license (category B) is necessary.

• Willingness to travel frequently is required.

• Familiarity with Customer Centric Selling, Data to Insights, Digital Fluency, Omnichannel, Sales Territory Management, and Scientific Literacy.
